directly from the NCAA. This is not necessarily the way that the pollsters
must vote but it was suggested that we include these for your viewing pleasure:

Ranking boats:
Head-to-Head
Results vs common opponents
Most recent results should take precedence

Also:
Margin of victory is relevant
Race times on the same racecourse on the same day cannot always be compared
Race times on different racecourses cannot be compared
Total time is irrelevant
